If the wound leaks you can insert a porous sheet or incontinence pad either into the suit or between the double layers on the belly.

I was so happy with the suit. My dog despises the cone of shame so I purchased one of these suits to try after he had 3 sets of stitches post surgery. The suit was of high quality and was a perfect fit for my border terrier.He was able to be very comfortable after his surgery and there was no chance of him licking and pulling his stitches out.This is a definite must to have for your dog if they are having an operation.
Hi I recently bought 2 Suitical surgical suits for my toy poodle for after spay care. She was not doing well with cone of shame so did some research for alternatives. These surgical suits are great and even the vet was impressed and wanted to know where I got them from. I was worried my pup would be too hot as it is summer and very warm and humid. Not an issue and she is very comfortable. These are high quality garments and I could not be more pleased. Also, great service from Waggles, thank you! Just FYI my girl is 41cm neck to tail. I purchased XS and they fit like a glove.

Great quality material and a much better alternative to the old cone! Our 6-month old labradoodle Scout used this post-desexing (size S+ was perfect) - she seemed to love having it on and we had no issues with her getting it on or off. Most importantly she healed well and quickly and is now back to her usual energetic self with her friends in the dog park!
