It's not essential the length measurement exactly reaches your dog's full length. The coat is designed to keep your dog's core body warm. Remember human coats don't always cover right down to our legs. Sometimes they land above our waists and that works for us.
The Neck Opening (B) is the size of the neck opening of the actual coat. Measure the circumference of your dog's neck to be sure it is smaller than the neck opening of the coat.
