The Fernie is what Ruffwear calls a technical sweater for dogs. What exactly does that mean? Well, it's a cozy, sweater-knit jumper which has the look of a jumper with the fleecy interior of a warm fleece. This gives it a great sophisticated sporty look on outside and fuzzy warmth on the inside. This jacket is my absolute favourite for my furry mate Chewie. He looks incredibly handsome and gets compliments left and right when he sports this one. And he LOVES it. The Fernie gives him just the right warmth for inside on those crisp winter days here in the Blue Mountains without central heating in house. And it's not too heavy for a serious play outside in the cold air. Check out my mate Chewie in the video on the left.

This jumper can be worn alone, or layered underneath other Ruffwear coats for additional warmth.

The Fernie has a convenient zipper on the left side of the jacket allows for easy on/off.
