The Drive Harness from EzyDog is Australia's first locally designed, crash-tested car safety harness for dogs.
EzyDog has used only he highest quality materials in the manufacture of the Drive Harness. The Tri-Glides are made from Aluminium Alloy, so are light, durable and incredibly strong. All webbing is made from vehicle-tested seat belt webbing and the Crosslink™ technology ensures that the harness is the ultimate in strength
The Chest Plate section is padded and contoured to mould to the shape of the dog for a custom fit.
The Drive Harness conforms to and has passed all relevant requirements for the following standards: Australia (ADR42/04) Europe (ECE Regulation 16) USA (FMVSS 213).
Simply feed the seat belt through both webbing handles on the top of the harness, click the buckle into the seatbelt of your car and you're ready for the road!
The harness also equipped with double stainless steel D-rings to escort your dog to and from the vehicle.
You only have to fit the harness to your dog once (use the included 'Fitting Instructions tab for Instructions). From then on, the Harness can be taken on/off very quickly using the Mag-Lok Instant Fit closure system. Easy peasy!
Note: As with all safety equipment, always replace a harness if it is showing signs of damage.

This is the most well thought out design and the quality of the stainless adjusting system makes me feel that this EzyDog Harness will definitely save our beagle in a motor vehicle accident. The way it has a great soft to to touch solid chest plate that does not hassle our beagle when walking on a lead is outstanding. The harness stopped a nasty dog off lead trying to attack our dog was a bonus for us today. It’s the first harness for over 30 years of dog ownership that does what is claimed and it’s so easy to fit and release especially for our dog who won’t stand still when we need to put on or take off the harness. My wife and I throughly recommend this harness for connect to a seat belt of for just walking your dog
I love the magnetic clip design of this harness and feel very confident knowing that it is crash-tested, but not sure I'd recommend it for small dogs as the chest plate comes up VERY high on my two <10kg dogs and there's no way to get it sitting lower. It's also pretty stiff and doesn't conform to their little bodies. I've seen it on big dogs and it looks way comfier on them ... I just think the scaling is off in the smallest size.
The took just a couple of minutes to adjust the straps to fit my dog Missy perfectly. After that you don’t need to do that again it’s just put the harness on and feed the seatbelt through. It’s very well made and would certainly protect a dog in a crash and support there whole body. A lot of the cheaper ones have to him straps that could break with force or would stop the dog moving just by its neck!!! The harnes is also good that it can stay on and have your lead clip to it at the other end or along the journey for a toilet break. Very pleased with it and I’m sure if we did have a bump she would be protected.
EzyDog Drive Harness the 2nd I have purchased, this one for a smaller dog, again great fit, easy to adjust and put on. I know my dogs are safely restrained when in the car.
I would recommend this brand to anyone to try.
