We are looking to meet your dog's needs not to just sell you stuff!  So, if something you buy from us does not meet your needs you can ALWAYS return your gear (in new, resalable condition with its original packaging & tags) within 100 days of delivery.  And Bob's yer uncle! Your refund will be sorted quick smart.

 

🚩 SAME GOES FOR ANYTHING THAT'S NOT THE RIGHT SIZE OR FIT

Just return it for a refund. No questions asked. To get the right size, you can place another order for the next size up or down on the website, and we'll get that out to you lickity-split. No waiting!

 

🚩 YOU HAVE 100 DAYS TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND

As long as the gear is new resalable condition, we will happily 🤠 refund you  up to 100 days after your order using your original method of payment.

Just pop the gear back to us. We'll send you an email to let you know when it's all sorted for you. 

PLEASE DO NOTE THOUGH:  
All returned products must be free of dog hair, odour (including smoke), damage or signs of usage and in their original packaging. If your return needs to be cleaned you will not get a full refund as a cleaning charge will be deducted.

Hint: To get dog hair off your gear use some sticky tape, worth its weight in gold for this purpose!
