Ruff Wear's exclusive, all-metal Talon Buckle provides ballast (to keep the V-ring in place at the top of the neck) while ensuring a strong connection to the leash. This unique design allows you to conveniently position the V-ring attachment at the top of the dog's neck for quick leash clip-in. No more hunting around for the clip in spot.
The Top Rope Collar's includes a separate ID attachment point to minimise the possibility of clipping your leash to the ID tag split ring. A tag silencer is also included to reduce tag jingle.
